These terms govern your use of Preflight. By using the service you agree to them. This is a general agreement, not legal advice; consult your counsel before relying on it.

The service

Preflight provides document quality-control checks for print and mail. We may update or improve the service over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans and module add-ons bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the service to you.

Disclaimer

Preflight assists with quality control but does not guarantee that a document is error-free or compliant. You remain responsible for verifying your documents before printing or mailing. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Preflight operates. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
